At Microplay Newmarket, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the original packing slip is included inside.

• 3.
  Ship to Microplay

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or bring it directly to our Newmarket storefront.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
